Invitation to Blues League – Season 12 – Qualification for Div 3

"Your team is invited to a Qualification Regatta for Div 3. The two best teams will be qualified to sail in Div 3 Season 12.

The set-up will depend on how many teams will confirm participation in the regatta. Participating teams and set-up will be presented on http://www.swedenrace.se/bluesqualif.html a.s.a.p. after deadline for confirmation expires. There you can also find a button for downloading the maps.

The teams that do NOT qualify will be put on the waiting list. They might be offered a place in Div 3 if any of the teams in the Division hierarchy above does not confirm participation or leaves the tournament before the new season starts. The results from the Qualification Regatta will decide in which order the teams might be offered a place in Div 3.

Check your team composition on http://www.swedenrace.se/bluesleagueteams.html and let us know if there are any changes of members. We sometimes want to send general information to all skippers. We still miss some e-mail addresses, so if you have mail addresses to your team mates, we would be very glad if you can give them to us.

Note! Registered members of teams that qualify for Div 3 cannot change team after the qualification races. More members can be added to these teams until the transfer window closes.
Members of the teams that do not qualify for Div 3 are free to change team in accordance with the general transfer rules and days.

Format: Fleet Race Mode. This is NOT a match race or a team race mode regatta. Three races. No discards. The Score System may be modified depending on how many teams that will come and thereby how many servers that will be used, but basically we will use Low Score System per team and race, based on Low Point System for each boat, DNF, DNS, DNC, DSQ= number of boats registered + 1 point. DNE for one boat will result in DNE for the whole team.

Rules: NPC excl 16.1 and 17.1 which MUST be cancelled. Otherwise DSQ.

We strongly recommend all skippers to download the courses ahead of the races.

General info: It is also highly recommended that you continuously look at http://www.swedenrace.se/bluesleague.html and its subpages to be sure that you are updated with the latest news.

It is likewise very important that all team members have read and fully understand the concept and the sailing instructions and rules set up for this tournament!
Besides saving replays, the races will be recorded using Bandicam whereby the Race Committee can follow the whole race and specifically note what is being said and presented in the chat.
If the host or any member of the Race Committee notice unfair sailing, misuse of rules or bad behaviour during a race, the skipper concerned may receive a warning or even be kicked from the race.

CONFIRMATION:
In order to facilitate The Race Committee’s work, we need a confirmation of your team’s participation in the regatta, (from your Captain/Contact Person). This is done preferably by sending a reply to this mail; saying YES or NO, before Tuesday March 12, 2013; 21:30 CET.
A confirmation for participation in this regatta, will, depending on the outcome, also be regarded as a confirmation to participate in Season 12 or re-registration on the waiting list.

No to nie wiem, jedziemy eliminacje we 3, czy odpuszczamy?

Jeszcze jest jutro do podjęcia decyzji...

Jeżeli trzech wystarczy to możemy płynąć . Pewnie ze mną nie awansujemy ale zawsze to jakiś trening. No chyba , że szkoda dobrej renomy polaków to można odpuścić. Zrozumiem .

No to mam dzisiaj wolne

Witam, czy ktoś wie kiedy następne eliminacje? Może by się tak wcześniej zmówić i zgłosić odpowiednio wcześnie . Ja nadal chętny do pływania w drużynie RED.
